Board Doesn’t Connect:
If your board doesn't connect i.e fails to be recognized by the software. Proceed to the following steps below.

Ensure USB is fully plugged into the board and the computer

Try switching USB ports on your computer

Reinstall the provided Software onto your computer

Switch to a different computer or different Operating System if applicable and install the software
If the issue persists and the board continues to fail to connect, you may have a defective board.
Please contact us and we will send you a replacement board which will be covered under your warranty. All you have to do in make sure you’re logged into our site as a Beagle Drone Club member and send us a direct message stating your issue.
Upon receiving your message we will send a replacement out to you within 2-4 days along with a return label and packaging for the defective parts.
