How does it work?

Because we design, manufacture, and assemble our products in-house, we're able to provide a one-stop-shop customer service and support from our Team. Simply contact us and we'll determine which part needs to be replaced or repaired, then send you new components for replacement. Beagle will repair or send you brand new components for free or at a reduced cost. 

How long will it take?

As a Beagle Care+ member, you're upgraded to Priority 24/7 service. Our team works quickly to keep you flying. All repairs or replacements are done within 24 - 48 hrs. Only our warranty will have your drone covered and protected when you need it the most. 

How much does it cost?

Our mission is to provide the most seamless drone experience possible.  BeagleCare+ provides repairs and replacement coverage, for both parts and labor. 

Service coverage includes the following: motor replacement, computer stack replacement, propellers, ESC replacement. The quantity of each module replacement or repair that is free or discounted is dependent on the coverage of your plan.
