Step 1:
If the charger doesn’t turn on, proceed to the following steps below:
-
First plug the outlet cable into the charger brick
-
Then plug in the other end of the cable into an outlet
-
The charger should then light up and show ‘000’
If the charger fails to display, proceed to plug in the battery into the brick and look for the following.
-
Plug the battery into the charging brick
-
The charging brick should then display the battery’s state of charge.
-
11.1 is roughly half charge, anything under 10 is considered severely low and when fully charged, the brick should display the message ‘FULL’
Step 2:
If either the battery or the charger is unresponsive, proceed to test the following:
-
Plug the battery into the charging brick without connecting it to an outlet. The brick should then display the battery’s current state of charge.
If the charging brick fails to display the state of charge and is not displaying ‘000’ when being plugged into an outlet, then the charger may defective.
All batteries are charged to roughly 50% state of charge before shipment. It is very unlikely that the battery is defective.
